Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. For international orders there will be a flat charge of $10.00.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via the United States Postal Service - First Class unless otherwise specified. In the case that another carrier service is preferred, the customer agrees to cover all costs. The average domestic transit time is 2-5 days, international is 6-10 days however delays have occasionally occurred. Kutzall Direct is not responsible for lost shipments.

Return Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason there is a problem we will correct it immediately. We stand by our tools as being the highest in quality and our service as being top class. If for some reason you have received the wrong item, or there was an error in your order, please contact us within 14 days and we will immediately correct the problem.

If you wish to return or exchange an item:

1. All items can be set up for return within 14 days of delivery. (After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item.)
2. After your return is set up, your item must be received back to Kutzall Direct within 14 days.
3. All items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Kutzall Direct has the right to refuse refund/exchange for any product that is not sent back in same shape/form as it was delivered. In all cases for your protection, the goods must be adequately packed in the original packaging to prevent damage. Please ship all returns and exchanges to:

4. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase. Please allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
